Telangana CM KCR expressed deep shock on the untimely demise of TDP senior leader Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy. In a statement, KCR said that he lost a good old friend and recalled his association during the times of TDP.
In TDP, KCR and Bojjala worked together on numerous occasions and over the years, they developed a good friendship. Apparently when KCR walked out of TDP in 2001, it was Bojjala who pacified and tried to negotiate the terms. Yet KCR was stubborn in his decision to float his own political outfit and the rest is history. But KCR and Bojjala maintained their good relations with each other.
After the bifurcation, CM KCR met Bojjala and his family members in person and displayed their affection. The duo recollected their old days in TDP.
On the sudden passing away of Bojjala, KCR conveyed his deep condolences to the family members.
Also a few TRS leaders like Mandava, Errabelli and others who were part of TDP, mourned Bojjala’s death.
