If Narayana is arrested, Satyanarayana should also be put behind the bars

The TDP termed former minister P. Narayana’s arrest as ‘vendetta politics’ and YCP rebel MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju too expressed the same opinion. However, the MP said that if Narayana is arrested based on Narayana school, Triupati, vice-principal Giridhar Reddy’s statement then education minister Botsa Satyanarayana should also be put behind the bars following the involvement of as many as 60 people, of whom 36 were government teachers, in the leakage of Class X question paper.

There is talk that the YCP men got in touch with Giridhar Reddy and asked him to cooperate to arrest Narayana, the MP said. Reports said that Giridhar Reddy, during interrogation, revealed that the paper was leaked at the behest of Narayana.

When Narayana has been arrested following the statements of Giridhar Reddy, the MP questioned if Botsa Satyanarayana would also be arrested following the involvement of government teachers in the question paper leakage. He demanded that Jagan should also be put behind the bars.

On May 7, the CM accused the Narayana and Chaitanya institutions of orchestrating the leakage of Class X question papers and the next day, Botsa said that there is no copy or leakage of Class X question papers. “Then did Botsa fault Jagan,” the MP asked.

RRR reminded that the entire route through which the Class X question paper travelled was traced and Giridhar Reddy is the sixth person in the chain. Why did not the YCP authorities take the previous five persons also into custody, the MP pointed out.

At the same time, RRR also alleged that Jagan Reddy and his team have a modus operandi as part of which they become active after the courts close. The timing of the arrests is only to ensure that the bail process gets delayed and there would be some time for the YCP men to harass the victim, the MP said.
