Naidu’s ‘Slipper’ Shot On YCP For Targeting Pawan

TDP boss N.Chandrababu Naidu slammed the YCP government for trying to tag criticism against it with caste connections. He suggested that the public should oppose such attitude by showing footwear to those stoking caste differences. They should be warned against dividing the people on caste lines.

“If anybody points out the shortcomings of the YCP government or if the media writes about the government, the individual or organisation is smeared with connections to a specific caste. By criticising the opposition leaders and media organisations and linking them with caste connections, the YCP government is trying to divert the attention of the people from the real issues, he pointed out.

“If Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is their target, the YCP government uses a specific set of leaders belonging to his caste to criticize him and if it is me, another set of leaders are assigned the task. The YCP is trying to pitch neighbours against each other by dividing them on caste lines,” Naidu pointed out.

Naidu called upon the TDP cadre to be alert and oppose the YCP leaders from raising communal clashes.
