It was Telangana leaders who cheated AP : Nani

Former minister Perni Nani, who is known for not mincing his words, has this time breathed fire on Telangana ministers and BRS leaders. When the media asked his response over the comments of Telangana minister Malla Reddy.

Nani alleged, “It was Telangana leaders who cheated AP. Electricity is illegally generated in Srisailam, Nagarjuna Sagar and Pulichintala projects and thus wasting water into the seas. The rightful share of funds and assets belonging to AP are not given to us yet. How can Telangana ministers develop Andhra Pradesh state? They are the ones who backstabbed AP.?”

Perni Nani said Telangana ministers are living in fear as Modi and Amit Shah have targeted them. He said the Telangana ministers are worried that their name would pop up in any lottery dip and they would be targeted by the central investigation agencies.

Nani stated that anyone can contest polls anywhere in the country. He said nothing wrong in BRS contesting from all the 175 seats in AP. Nani said the Pyramid party has contested in all the seats of the state and the country. He also said KA Paul has contested in 175 seats of AP. Nani said BRS would also compete with the likes of KA Paul.

Earlier, Telangana minister Malla Reddy visited Tirupati by foot. During his Tirumala visit, he spoke to the local media and made the comments on the problems in AP. He said teachers and government employees in Andhra are suffering. He said Andhra is lagging behind whereas Telangana is way ahead after the state bifurcation.

Malla Reddy raised the issue of the non-completion of Polavaram project and Special Category Status. Malla Reddy said only KCR has guts to complete Polavaram like Kaleshwaram project. He said BRS would contest all 175 seats in AP. He added that BRS would also continue to do its public welfare schemes in Andhra.
