BRS first meeting: KCR invites Delhi, Punjab, Kerala CMs

KCR

After converting TRS into BRS, Telangana CM KCR planned the first public meeting of BRS in New Delhi. Somehow KCR was not able to find time for this meeting and so the plan kept delaying. Looks like there is a complete change of plan in this regard.

From BRS insiders we hear that the first public meeting of BRS will be held in Khammam. On 18th of this month, BRS’ first public meeting will take place and to make it even more bigger, KCR has decided to invite Chief Ministers of three states.

According to media reports, KCR extended an invitation to Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. KCR has also invited Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. All the four leaders are seriously opposing the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

This strategy of KCR is to display the oppositions’ unity and stamina to BJP and Modi. With 2024 Parliament elections in mind, KCR wants to give a tough fight to BJP on national level and with BRS, he is laying steps. But that’s not going to be an easy battle because BJP is still strong in north India and in Telangana, the party is haunting BRS.
