TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh will embark on a huge walk feat (Paadayatra) from the day after tomorrow (Friday – January 27th). Lokesh will commence this marathon from his father Chandrababu Naidu’s Assembly constituency, Kuppam.
This is a never before feat in Telugu states politics and Lokesh is all set for it. Earlier in the day, Lokesh took the blessings of his father Chandrababu and mother Nara Bhuvneshwari while his wife Nara Brahamani offered him Harathi (sacred divine fire – a sign wishing good luck).
The Nara and Nandamuri family members were present during this intimate family gathering. After this, Lokesh reached NTR Ghat at Necklace road and paid his respects to his grandfather, NTR’s memorial.
For 400 days, Lokesh will walk 4000 kilometres covering every Assembly and Lok Sabha constituency of the state. Against the unruly governance of YCP, Lokesh has taken up this Paadayatra under the name ‘Yuva Galam’ and TDP has pinned huge hopes on this.
