Jana Sena boss Pawan Kalyan said he was aiming to make Andhra Pradesh a crime-free state. Indirectly slamming the YCP leaders, he said that there are individuals who kill their uncle and hand over the case to the CBI, scratch themselves with a kitchen knife and say that they do not have belief in AP police and doctors.
“The law and order in the state is very poor. If the youth do not come out and take action, they will remain like servants for their lifetime,” he said.
“India is about to become a $15 trillion economy and transform into world’s strongest economic force. Then where will Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring Telugu state Telangana stand?”
“Unless we stop these caste and communal wars, development will eventually move to Tamil Nadu, Gujarat or Maharashtra. Andhra Pradesh should have political stability to attract investments. If you think that Jana Sena can make it into a reality, then with all your support, I will work as the best coolie. You will not find such a coolie (labourer) like me. But we can achieve all this only with some patience.”
Law and order also plays a key role in the development of a state. There should be strong rules to punish those filing false cases, he said.
