Telangana CM KCR has special affection towards actor and politician late NTR. On few occasions, KCR displayed his respect and now, the Telangana CM has honoured NTR. A chapter about NTR’s political life was included in the text books of Tenth standard in social sciences subject.

Learning about this, hero and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna expressed happiness and thanked CM KCR. “NTR brought immense respect to the film industry and he made the Telugu pride to show its stamina in New Delhi. As a politician, NTR introduced many revolutionary welfare schemes for the benefit of the poor and his contribution is invaluable. NTR’s legacy is something that inspires generations and definitely NTR is the icon of Telugu community all over the world,” wrote Balakrishna.

Adding, “For inclusion of my father’s brief history in Telangana Tenth standard text book is a huge honour and I thank the Telangana government and CM KCR for this.”
