Telangana minister Harish Rao who unintentionally ignited a cold war between BRS and YCP governments, yet again commented on AP issues but he clarified that he did not insult or pass any derogatory remark against the people of AP.
“My comments on Andhra Pradesh were twisted by ruling party leaders over there. Nowhere I made any silly comment against Andhra people but I only raked up certain issues which genuinely exist. Some leaders are unwantedly targeting me for lame reasons. If the leaders are capable ones, they should fight for Special Category Status, completion of Polavaram dam construction and privatization of Vizag steel plant. They should win these battles and show their abilities to the public,” said Harish Rao.
On asking people of Andhra to cancel their votes in AP, Harish issued a clarification. “I was just mentioning about the good work done by the Telangana government and some of them at the event hail from Andhra. Our CM KCR had said that anyone who is working in Telangana is part of the state’s progress and the government will definitely support them. Is there anything wrong with my words?” questioned Harish Rao.
Seems like Harish versus YCP ministers is not going to end soon and we shall wait for YCP leader’s reaction on Harish’s mention of genuine issues pertaining to AP.
