Why Is YCP Trending This Pic Of CM Jagan?

This picture of CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy breaking a coconut is going viral and trended by YSRCP’s social media team. This pic is widely shared by YSRCP sympathisers and party workers who are active on social media platforms. Apparently, this is linked to a previous video of Jagan breaking coconut during the Bhoomi Puja ceremony of JSW Steel Plant. Back then, Jagan broke the coconut by standing with the support of priests. Then, TDP and the opposition party’s online teams have ridiculed Jagan by making fun at the way CM broke the coconut.

To give a sharp counter to those trolls, YSRCP online team today widely shared Jagan’s pictures of breaking coconut by bending in a traditional way. Yet, TDP and opposition party workers flooded with comments at YCP’s post asking why Jagan could not follow the same tradition earlier. This whole politics surrounding coconut-breaking may appear quite silly, yet both the ruling and opposition parties are trying to take dig at one another on coconut-breaking.
