The suspense drama surrounding the bail petition of Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy has partially ended with the Telangana High Court giving a breather for the YCP leader.
On Saturday, the Vacation Bench of Telangana High Court took up the bail petition of Avinash Reddy and CBI had put forward strong arguments before the court.
Yet the CBI could not get the desired verdict it wanted as the Telangana Court passed interim orders not to take any coercive steps against MP Avinash Reddy till Wednesday. It will pronounce its orders on Wednesday when the High Court operations will resume post the summer vacation.
Avinash Reddy is facing serious charges in connection with the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy. And in a big sensational event, the CBI also included the name of current AP CM YS Jagan’s name in the affidavit submitted to the High Court. The CBI is in thoughts to question CM Jagan too in connection with the case.
