Jagan Knew About Viveka’s Murder: Sunitha Tells SC

YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter, Sunitha Reddy, made sensational statements before the Supreme Court of India, alleging that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Reddy had knowledge of her father’s murder. Sunitha made these claims while arguing against the bail petition granted to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy by the Telangana High Court.

Sunitha personally presented her arguments, stating that Jagan had prior knowledge of the murder and that Avinash Reddy was being protected by the AP government due to his affiliation with the ruling party.

She further alleged that Avinash Reddy was not cooperating with the CBI’s investigation. According to Sunitha, Avinash had skipped questioning multiple times, citing his mother’s health. She also claimed that Avinash’s followers had obstructed the CBI’s attempt to arrest him and that false cases were being filed against CBI officers.

Sunitha criticized the Telangana High Court for granting anticipatory bail to Avinash Reddy, stating that the court did not consider the evidence presented by the CBI. She requested the Supreme Court to cancel Avinash Reddy’s bail. The case was postponed to June 19th for further proceedings.

These shocking allegations by Sunitha against CM Jagan had already been predicted by the CBI in their report. The Supreme Court’s decision on June 19th will be crucial and determine the course of this case.
