Amit Shah To Meet ABN’s RK, What’s Up?

Union Home Minister Amit Shah would meet ABN-Andhrajyoti managing director Vemuri Radhakrishna on Thursday. Shah would land in Hyderabad and head to Radhakrishna’s residence in Jubilee Hills at 10 am tomorrow morning. He is meeting Radhakrishna as part of Maha Janasampark Abhiyan. The campaign is aimed at reaching out to villages in the state, promoting service, good governance and the welfare of the poor.

Later, the Union minister is scheduled to meet ace film director S.S. Rajamouli who had taken the fame of Telugu film industry to the international level through his acclaimed RRR.

The news of these scheduled meetings has gained significance in the political circles amidst talk of an alliance between the Jana Sena and the TDP. There is speculation that the meeting has more than meets the eye, ahead of the Assembly and general elections. It could be to ask for pro-BJP publicity on the TV news channel, said a leader.

There is talk that Shah is reaching out to Rajamouli to seek his help the BJP during electioneering. Apart from his directorial skills, Rajamouli is known to be an adept public relations and marketing person and it could be that the BJP wants to utilize these services.

There is news that he would meet pan-India star Prabhas also, along with Rajamouli. In the past, Shah met actors Jr NTR and Nitin too.
