Supreme Court Sent Notices To YS Avinash Reddy

Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, who is identified as A8 in YS Viveka’s murder, was served notices by the Supreme Court. Challenging the Telangana High Court’s anticipatory bail granted to YS Avinash Reddy on 31st May, Viveka’s daughter YS Sunitha moved the Supreme Court. Responding to Sunitha’s petition, the apex court issued notices to Avinash Reddy asking him to respond.

The Supreme Court has posted the next hearing on the case to 3rd July, 2023. YS Sunitha has been waging an uncompromising battle against YS Avinash Reddy and family. While Avinash Reddy was A8, Avinash’s father YS Bhaskar Reddy was listed as A7 in Viveka’s murder.

The politics in Andhra Pradesh have been revolving around Viveka’s murder case. Sunitha is openly accusing the involvement of Aviansh Reddy in her father’s murder. Whereas Avinash claims innocence. Ruling YSRCP and opposition TDP have been levelling accusations against one another. In the 2024 general election, Viveka’s murder is going to be a hot topic in the election campaign.
