BRS Working President KT Rama Rao has showered his father, Telangana CM KCR with compliments. KTR said that KCR is a combination of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and former CM of erstwhile AP, late YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
On Thursday KTR inaugurated the office space of Credai in Nanakramguda in Hyderabad and addressing the gathering he made the above comments. “If you look at the governments that ruled before us, there was Chandrababu Naidu and YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Chandrababu was for pro business and he was called CEO instead of Chief Minister. YSR was for pro farmers and rural development. The specialty of KCR’s government is that you will see both IT and agriculture sectors getting equal importance,” said KTR.
The IT minister recalled a conversation he had with a Delhi based businessman. “A friend of mine who is a businessman came down to Hyderabad for work. As he got out of Shamshabad airport, he took a cab to his destination. On the way he asked the cab driver about the performance of KCR government. The cab driver reportedly gave positive feedback and then he asked a couple of other businessmen in the city. While going, my friend informed me that the BRS government will score a hat-trick and we are sure to get 95 to 100 seats in the Assembly elections,” stated KTR.
This feedback seems to have made KTR content with the progress of the BRS government. But will this sustain till the Assembly elections?
