Ahead of the general elections, the Times Now-Navbharat Times survey made some shocking revelations. It said that if elections were conducted immediately, the YCP would win 24 MP seats and that the party would also retain power in Andhra Pradesh.
It also revealed that the opposition TDP would get only 1 MP seat while the BJP and Jana Sena would not win at least one.
In Telangana, the survey revealed that the ruling BRS would secure 9-11 Lok Sabha seats while the BJP would win 3-5 seats and the Congress 2-3 seats. The survey also stated that the BJP would retain power at the Centre while the Congress would win anything between 111 and 149 seats.
The BJP would get 255-325 seats and Modi would make a hat-trick by becoming the Prime Minister for a third time in a row. The survey report was released with the title ‘Jan Gan Common’ and it boosted the morale of the YCP and BJP cadre in the state and Centre respectively.
