KTR Offers Free ‘Eye Checkup’ To Rahul Gandhi

Responding to Rahul Gandhi’s comments on BRS at Khammam public meeting, Minister KTR has given a sharp counter. He said, “BRS is neither a ‘B’ team to BJP nor a ‘C’ team to Congress. We’re ‘D’ team who will dhee (fight) with both the Congress and BJP in the state. “Ours is not the BJP Bandhavula Party. Yours is Bharat Rabandhula Party. Congress is synonymous for the Corruption and Incompetence in the country.

Talking about corruption allegations made by Rahul Gandhi against Kaleshwaram Project, KTR said, “Kaleshwaram project total cost is not even 1 lakh crore. How is 1 lakh crore corruption even possible when the total expense is not even that? Rahul Gandhi’s allegations are just baseless. The people of Telangana want a responsible and objective opposition, not an opposition party which doesn’t even know the budget of Kaleshwaram project?”

KTR described AICC as the All India Corruption Committee. He said it is Congress ignorance to state it would lift the Dharani. KTR said Dharani has resolved the age-old problems and litigations of lands and land records. He stressed that Dharani brought in so many reforms. KTR said no one in Telangana trusts the Congress. “Anna Bhagya scheme in Karnataka was stopped by the Congress. Who will believe it if it promises 4000 pensions?”

“In Karnataka, the people have decided to defeat the BJP. It wasn’t the Congress who defeated the BJP there. As there was no alternative, Congress benefited from the anti-incumbency and hatred over the BJP,” said KTR. He asked Rahul Gandhi to get his eyes examined under the Kanti Velugu scheme. “A whopping 4.6 lakh acres of lands were distributed for tribals by CM KCR.” The people of Telangana have faith and trust in BRS that the state would develop and progress under BRS.
