Earlier this week a disgusting incident outraged the whole country. The incident involved a man urinating on a tribal man and this took place in Madhya Pradesh. The video went viral and sparked protests all over the country.
The Madhya Pradesh state government took this incident into cognizance and reacted. Firstly the man identified as Pravesh Shukla who urinated on the tribal man was arrested and later the authorities demolished his house which was reportedly an illegal construction.
This morning Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met the tribal man identified as Dashmat Rawat at the former’s official residence. CM Shivraj Chouhan washed the feet of the tribal Rawat and garlanded him and restored his dignity.
The gesture of MP CM was welcomed by everyone and thus put an end to the whole controversy.
