Republic TV and its edition Arnab Goswami were and are doing extensive media trials in Bollywood hero Sushant Singh Rajput and the drugs culture. In the Shiv Sena and actress Kangana Ranaut fight, Arnab is supporting the ‘Manikarnika’ actress and went on to criticize the Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray for doing silly politics.
After Kangana, the Shiva Sena led Maha government has now aimed at Arnab. The Maharashtra Assembly served a 60 pages privilege notice to Arnab and even threatened him to put behind bars for questioning CM Uddhav.
Journalist Arnab who doesn’t fear that notices, replied that he continue to question the Maha sarkar and will fight this battle to its end. “I will fight them in the court but never give in such undemocratic practices. The constitution is not a gift given to anyone, it is the right of every citizen. I will continue to uphold the right, ask my questions and exercise the right to report,” said Arnab in his reaction on the notice.
Meanwhile the Republic TV has approached the Human Rights Commission for the illegal detention of its journalists by Maha sarkar.
So after Shiv Sena versus Kangana, now the fight is between Sena and Arnab.
