Lakshmi Parvati, the former wife of legendary actor and politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), has voiced her discontent for not being invited to the commemorative coin release program in Delhi honoring NTR. In a fiery statement, she alleged that she was intentionally excluded from the event and asserted her right to attend as NTR’s wife.
Lakshmi Parvathi claimed that she maintained silence on NTR’s family all these days, but she now vowed not to remain quiet any longer. Accusing Purandeshwari and Chandrababu Naidu of conspiring against her, she accused them of using NTR’s legacy for political gain.
She raised concerns about the treatment of NTR’s legacy, emphasizing her entitlement to receive the commemorative coin as his wife. She criticized those who she claimed played a role in NTR’s demise and yet were portrayed as his heirs.
Parvati further alleged that NTR had publicly stated his marital status, but the TDP was promoting a different narrative.
Lakshmi Parvati’s frustration extended to NTR’s family, including Chandrababu Naidu, Purandeshwari, and Balakrishna. She vowed to expose their actions and intentions to the public, asserting that they would not remain in politics after the upcoming elections.
Parvati also expressed uncertainty about whether Jr NTR, had received an invitation to the event. She indicated that if NTR’s grandson had not attended, it would have been because of a private initiative rather than a government invitation.
Additionally, Parvati sought meetings with the Prime Minister, the President, and Nirmala Sitharaman, the Finance Minister.
