Amaravati: CID Files Another Case On Naidu!

It is known that TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been remanded in judicial remand for 14 days in the case of skill development scam. In this order, a hearing on his house arrest petition will be held today in the ACB court. It seems that AP CID officials are preparing to give another shock to the ranks of TDP who are already in shock with Chandrababu’s arrest and remand.

It seems that the CID officials have filed another petition in the ACB court in Vijayawada to investigate Chandrababu Babu in the case of Amaravati inner ring road irregularities. In this order, it seems that a petition is going to be filed to allow Chandrababu to be investigated under the PT warrant.

It seems that a petition is going to be filed in the form of PT Warrant (Prisoner in Transit) to investigate the remand prisoner in one case. If the petition is filed today, there is a possibility of hearing tomorrow. In 2022, the CID registered a case that there were irregularities in the alignment of the Amaravati Inner Ring Road. There have been allegations of a huge land scam in this case. There are allegations that the then TDP government changed the alignment of the ring road and the TDP leaders planned to build the ring road by buying land in advance.

Narayana, who was the Municipal Administration Minister of AP in 2014, is facing charges in the case. It seems that Chandrababu is behind Narayana and CID is thinking of conducting an investigation. CID has already completed the investigation in this case and submitted the report to the court. However, the verdict is reserved as the accused have obtained a stay order from the High Court. Chandrababu has not been questioned even once in this case.
