It’s All About Time! YCP Sharing Pawan’s Old Videos

Pawan Kalyan’s old videos where he was seen criticising Chandrababu Naidu are being widely shared by YSRCP’s social media activists. In the 2019 election campaign, Pawan targeted Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh about corruption, scams in the rule of TDP and also the backstabbing of Naidu to late NTR. These videos saw Pawan in full aggressive mode.

YSRCP has got handy with these videos and is now using them against Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu’s dosti. YSRCP is trying to showcase Janasena and TDP’s alliance is opportunistic and power-centric. They are trending Pawan’s old speeches.

But political analysts opine that sharing Pawan’s old videos may not work much politically. After all, this is all politics and time-bound. It is all about the context which matters. In politics, there are no permanent friends or foes. All that remains is temporary fights and differing issue-wise.

As Pawan announced the alliance with TDP outside Rajahmundry central prison after ‘Mulaqat’ with Chandrababu who was arrested, the timing of this alliance announcement made a huge impact and the manner in which it was announced along with Nara Lokesh and Nandamuri Balakrishna has certainly having a huge impact politically. This even YSRCP couldn’t predict as this alliance is effective. So, we have to wait and see whether trending old videos of Pawan will work or not.
