‘Came Out’, Pawan Confuses All With Single Word!

Jana Sena chief and actor Pawan Kalyan’s statement that he ‘came out’ and was publicly declaring support to the TDP pushed both the electorate and mediapersons into confusion and they could not understand if he was asserting his solidarity with the TDP or if he had come out of the NDA and so daringly making the announcement.

This statement led to a report from news agency ANI stating that Pawan had come out of BJP-led NDA to support the TDP, which was sailing through a crisis. There is a need for the Jana Sena to forge an alliance with the TDP for the development of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan said.

“Andhra Pradesh needs TDP for good governance and development. Now, the TDP is facing difficult times and Jana Sena will support them. The TDP needs the support of young Jana Sainiks in such a situation.” He exuded confidence that the TDP and Jana Sena join hands, together they would be able to defeat the YCP in the upcoming elections.

It is worth noting that Pawan Kalyan had met Chandrababu Naidu at the Rajaahendravaram Central Jail, where he had been lodged after being sent on judicial remand in connection with the skill development scam. After meeting him, Pawan came out and addressing mediapersons during which he made an announcement about the alliance of his party with the TDP, on September 14.

It is pertinent to note that Pawan Kalyan proposed to the BJP to include the TDP also in the alliance but there has been no word about the alliance from the BJP top brass till now.

Meanwhile, the BJP AP unit had met yesterday and decided that the leaders would inform their party national leaders about the current situation in the state and then leave it to their discretion about continuing the alliance with the Jana Sena.

In 2019, Pawan Kalyan and his party members won just one seat with 5.6% vote share while the TDP had won 23 seats with 39.7% vote share. The ruling YCP registered a landslide victory winning 151 seats, securing 50.6% vote share.

It would be better if either the BJP or the Jana Sena give a clarity on the above statement.
