Why Would Any Hero Wants To Be Targeted By YCP? – Pawan Kalyan

The topic of the film industry not responding to or condemning Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest appears to be not going down anytime soon. The other day Balakrishna was asked the same question and the actor-politician said he wouldn’t care if no one responded.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan was asked the same question during the party meeting and his approach seems to be a bit different. Pawan Kalyan defends the film industry for not many of it making a ‘statement’ on Chandrababu’s arrest.

Pawan Kalyan says the film industry is very vulnerable and they have their own problems. He said their silence doesn’t mean they don’t have anything to express on this. Pawan Kalyan says the YCP leaders are targeting whoever comes in support of Chandrababu Naidu. Referring to the yesteryear film actors like NTR and Krishna who have their own political stands but still acted together, Pawan Kalyan says these are not the same days.

The Janasena chief mentions how YCP targeted a Superstar like Rajinikanth for appreciating Chandrababu’s governance. He further asked how could any young hero come out with their opinions against YCP and get targeted by them.

‘When a superstar and great personality like Rajinikanth could not defend himself from the YCP’s verbal attack, why would the new heroes want to be criticized by them. I am from the film industry and had I been just an actor and not a full time politician I don’t know if I would respond to the issue,’ questioned Pawan.
