Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, also the BRS party president, has revealed the BRS manifesto, countering the Congress’s recent election guarantees.
The BRS promises enhanced welfare measures, including fortified rice for ration card holders and life insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh for families below the poverty line.
Monthly pensions for various groups will rise, and farm investment support will increase to Rs 12,000 per acre per farmer.
Eligible women will receive Rs 3,000 per month, and the health insurance coverage limit will be raised to Rs 15 lakh.
KCR emphasized Telangana’s impressive financial growth and commitment to welfare and development, positioning the state as a national model.
He also introduced a scheme providing a living allowance of Rs 3,000 per month for deserving impoverished women, underscoring BRS’s dedication to women’s well-being.”
