Breaking: Chandrababu Granted Bail In Skill Development Case

Former CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, who is an accused in the Skill Development Scam case, has been granted regular bail by the AP High Court. Naidu is already out on an interim bail on medical grounds. He was granted bail for cataract eye surgery. After staying in jail for 53 days, Naidu walked out of the prison on 31st October. The court had granted medical bail till 28th November as it was an interim bail.

Meanwhile, in a fresh verdict, the AP High Court granted regular bail. Justice T Mallikarjun Rao pronounced the verdict. This comes as a huge relief for the TDP and its cadre. TDP has been maintaining that Naidu has no role in the skill development scam. It alleges that the ruling YS Party is resorting to vendetta politics.

Chandrababu Naidu who is A-37, was arrested in the early hours of 9th September at Nandyal and later produced in the ACB court. The court sent him on judicial remand. Naidu was sent to judicial custody at Rajahmundry Central Jail.
