Revanth Reddy, set to be sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Telangana on Thursday, has extended invitations to several prominent figures for the oath-taking ceremony at LB Stadium in Hyderabad. AP Chief Minister Jagan and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu have received invitations, along with AICC leaders, chief ministers from Congress-ruled states, chief ministers from other states, and former chief ministers.
Revanth Reddy personally invited AICC leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Mallikarjuna Kharge to witness the swearing-in ceremony. Additionally, invitations were sent to the families of martyrs from the Telangana movement, the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court, leaders representing various castes, and intellectuals.
Acknowledging the significance of cross-party representation, Revanth Reddy has also extended invitations to leaders such as former Telangana CM KCR, Tamil Nadu CM Stalin, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, and ministers from various states. The meticulous arrangements for the ceremony have been finalized by party workers and officials in preparation for this momentous occasion.
