The newly appointed Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy, conducted a Praja Darbar program at Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan, where a substantial number of people presented petitions outlining their concerns to the government.
The attendees were given an opportunity to discuss their problems, with a dedicated help desk established for this purpose. Officials recorded the details of the applications and directed people to queue lines.
During the session, victims of the Kondapochamma flood conveyed their grievances to CM Revanth, citing a lack of compensation. In response, Revanth assured them of a fair resolution and pledged to address their concerns.
In a noteworthy initiative, a specialized mechanism for the Praja Darbar has been implemented, involving the appointment of 20 staff members to thoroughly examine each complaint received from the public. It has been announced that a monthly review will be conducted to assess the progress in resolving the complaints.
