In response to the outcomes of the Telangana Assembly elections, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy is proactively preparing for the upcoming elections, strategically altering the leadership in 11 assembly constituencies. The changes in assembly incharges include Vidudula Rajani for Guntur West, Ganji Chiranjeevi for Mangalagiri, Nagarjuna for Santanutalapadu, Sucharita for Tatikonda, Ashok Babu for Vemuru, B. Kishore for Pattipadu, Ramchander Rao for Gajuwaka, Ganesh for Repalle, Adimulapu Suresh for Kondepi, Rajesh Naidu for Chilakaluripet, and Panem Hanimi Reddy for Addanki.
Drawing lessons from the Telangana elections, where BRS faced setbacks due to not changing sitting representatives, CM Jaganmohan Reddy is making strategic alterations to avoid similar pitfalls.
The decision to replace the existing sittings in these 11 assembly seats reflects a proactive approach aimed at securing victory in the upcoming elections.
The YSRCP’s goal is to win 175 assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh, and under the banner of “Why Not 175,” the party is taking precautionary measures by reshuffling key positions based on survey reports.
