Lockdown may extend in Telangana: TRS MLA

In another four days, the nation-wide lockdown will come to an end but in Telangana, the lockdown will go on till May 7th. Will Telangana CM KCR lift the lockdown after May 7th is still not known but a TRS MLA has slipped the tongue and revealed that the Telangana government is planning to extend the lockdown.

The TRS MLA is Kalvakuntla Vidya Sagar Rao and he made these comments in Metpally when he visited the place to distribute essential commodities to municipal staff, Asha workers and police personnel.

Since the outbreak of Corona virus, Telangana CM KCR is always in favour of lockdown and even before Centre announcing the first lockdown in March, KCR has announced a week lockdown and then extended with Centre’s announcement.

Now with the ruling party MLA hinting about lockdown extension, it is most likely to happen and people of the state must be prepared for it.
