YCP leader Posani Krishna Murali fumed at Eenadu Group Chairman Ramoji Rao for publishing false and concocted reports about government schemes being implemented by their government. Specifically, Posani pointed to the report which stated that schoolchildren were misusing the BYJU’s tablets issued by the government to watch porn movies.
“These allegations are baseless because the manufacturers had already placed the lock in-built to prevent the children from watching the adult content,” he said and screamed at Ramoji Rao: “Stupid fellow.. Shame on You”.
Posani’s expletives and cusswords against Ramoji Rao brought to the public memory former minister and YCP loudmouth Kodali Nani, who also used derogatory and objectionable language against the Opposition leader and TDP boss N. Chandrababu Naidu. Displaying disregard towards Ramoji Rao’s age, Posani alleged that he heard rumours about Rao is using ‘viagra’ now, even when he is an octagenarian. Within a few seconds, he again contradicted himself saying that he heard to the buzz some 20 years ago.
The actor-turned-politician said recollected that he had worked as the manager in Margadarsi branch in Secunderabad in 1985. At that time, I had high respect towards Ramoji Rao as I thought he was an honest man. “Now, I understood that he is looting people’s money to build his own castles.” He also took a swipe at the employees of Margadarsi and said that each of them was earning Rs 10 lakh every month.
“You want only a Kamma to be the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and even among them, you want your aide Chandrababu Naidu only as the CM.”
Continuing his acerbic attack, Posani reminded that his newspaper once hailed prohibition carrying it as the banner with huge fonts but after learning that liquor was necessary for the income of the state, toned down the reports in favour of liquor sale.
At the same time, Posani also lambasted Ramoji Rao for ruining the life of YCP leader Lakshmi Parvati by assassinating her character through various reports in Eenadu. “TDP founder NTR married Lakshmi Parvati as he was facing geriatric problems but you did not leave the couple in peace.”
The YCP government, under the leadership of CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, is giving pensions even to the Kammas. People who are wealthy and affluent are also taking pensions. Then why are you not reporting about such facts?
Showing a video on his phone wherein an agent of Eenadu paper was explaining that Eenadu newspaper would be issued free of cost, as a complimentary ahead of the elections, Posani asked why should Ramoji Rao distribute ‘free gyan’ to the voters. “You are rich and can even distribute money too along with the newspapers to make them literate and self-sufficient,” he ridiculed.
Taking exception to these remarks, TDP leaders said that then the CM also could distribute money from his pocket. “Jagan is also rich. Why should he distribute public funds among the poor and claim that he is more concerned about the welfare of the down-trodden?,” they asked.
Posani alleged that Ramoji Rao backstabbed one JJ Reddy to emerge as media baron in the Telugu states. With elections drawing near, one can expect more such antics and diatribe from both the YCP and TDP in the coming days.
