Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has made shocking comments. He stated that actor and MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna will be defeated from the Hindupur Assembly constituency. Peddireddy visited Anantapur district’s Hindupur constituency and addressed the media. He said Balakrishna has failed to develop Hindupur Assembly constituency despite winning two times as MLA. He alleged that TDP had failed to keep the promises it made to the people. He said TDP ignored the people during its government.
Minister Peddireddy said the people are happy with CM Jagan’s rule and the welfare schemes which are being distributed to beneficiaries politically. He said the backward castes, SC, ST and minorities are largely benefitted under the present government. He said the YSRCP would overcome the initial hurdles it facing while allocating the Assembly tickets to the candidates. He said the TDP and Jana Sena parties have no clarity over their candidates.
Talking about YS Sharmila and the Congress, Peddireddy said the Congress in the state is zero and the party has no trust in the people. He said Congress is a closed chapter. Peddireddy alleged that Chandrababu Naidu is behind it and he is conspiring to divide the votes whereas the people are smart enough to retaliate against the opposition’s evil plans.
Peddireddy also claimed that Chandrababu Naidu will be defeated from the Kuppam constituency. He said YCP is fielding two women from the Hindupur. Deepika belonging to Kuruba community will be contesting against Balakrishna in Hindupur Assembly and ex Guntakal MP Shanta belonging to Boya (Valmiki) community will be fielded as YSRCP MP candidate from Hindpur Lok Sabha. He said both the women fielded from same constituency is a bold step of YSRCP.
