Rahul Gandhi Comes In Support Of Sharmila & Suneetha

Just two days ago, YS Sunitha Reddy complained to Hyderabad police about the social media abuses she, her family, and YS Sharmila have been facing. She remarked in an interview that AP CM YS Jagan is staying silent while her family is getting humiliated by certain social media users who align with YSRCP. She noted that she is being put through hell for raising a legal battle on her father YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder.

On this matter, AICC dignitary, Rahul Gandhi has come in the support of Sharmila and Sunitha as he condemned the social media attack on them.

Rahul Gandhi shared a social media post in support of Sunitha and Sharmila as he wrote “Insulting and threatening women, a vile and cowardly act, is unfortunately the most common weapon of the weak. The Congress Party and I stand firmly beside Sharmila ji and Suneetha Ji and strongly condemn this disgraceful attack.” He called the attack on the two YS family ladies “Cowardly” and “Threatening”.

Amidst the existing rumors in Andhra Pradesh’s political circles that YS Sunitha is looking to join AP Congress under the leadership of Sharmila, this post of Rahul Gandhi specifically mentioning her, adds more weight to this talk. Speculations are rife that should be Congress’s MLA or MP candidate from Kadapa.
