The election season is here in Andhra Pradesh with the general elections two months away and with that comes the surveys season. One such survey agency, which accurately predicted Telangana assembly election results has now rolled out the survey report on the Andhra Pradesh assembly election.
The survey agency is Janmat Polls which accurately predicted Telangana election results. They have predicted a win for YSRCP again in 2024, albeit not as one-sided as in 2019.
Their report reads:
Andhra Pradesh Assembly Election 2024 – Total seats (175)
YSRCP 107-110
TDP+JSP =57-59.
They predicted that YCP will win 16-18 MP seats in the Lok Sabha elections with the rest 7-9 going for TDP.
This is in slight moderation to the report they posted on February 1st which went like this: YSRCP 110-113 — TDP+JSP =54-56.
Previously, Janmat Polls predicted the Telangana election mandate very accurately as they reported Congress 63-65. BRS-45-47. BJP -05-06. AIMIM-05-07. This report came out days before the official counting in Telangana and is one of the most accurate ones reported.
According to this survey report, YCP has seen a drop in MLA and MP seats but is still in a position to retain power. We will get a clearer picture once more survey agencies start reporting their predictions and assessments as the polling fast approaches.
