Fact-Check: Viral Pic Of Chandrababu Falling On Amit Shah’s Feet Is Fake

TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu landed in Delhi to discuss the alliance and seat-sharing of the Telugu Desam – Janasena – BJP. While he is yet to meet the BJP’s top cadre tomorrow, a fake picture and a fabricated news article along with it have gone viral on social media.

The picture has Chandrababu Naidu appears to be falling on the feet of Amit Shah. The news article in the viral pic claims Chandrababu Naidu fell on the feet of Amit Shah during the latest meet and that he agreed to give 4 MP seats and 22 Assembly seats to the BJP.

In a fact check, the news and the viral picture are found to be fake and morphed. The YSRCP supporters have been sharing this picture on social media. The TDP ‘s official social media handle also condemned the fake picture and hit back at YCP supporters for spreading hate and false information.
