After glowing in power for 10 years, BRS came crashing down in the recent assembly elections. This defeat came at a time when BRS was least expecting and to make matters worse, KCR’s most fierce rival, Revanth Reddy became the CM of the state while the other leading party BJP is gaining prominence steadily.
Political analyst, Prasanth Kishore who was briefly in discussion with BRS as a political strategist before the 2023 election has now predicted the position of the party and it doesn’t make for good listening for BRS’s followers.
“If I am a leader from BRS, I would definitely be worried. whatever may be the gain of BJP in Telangana will be a threat to BRS’s existence To simplify… BRS will face existence crisis after the Loksabha election.” Prasanth Kishore predicted as he straight away said BRS will face a clear existential crisis once the Lok Sabha elections are done. By this prediction, BRS could become irrelevant in Telangana politics starting from this May, when the Lok Sabha poll results will be out.
