How Did Sharmila React To TDP-JSP-BJP Alliance?

Andhra Pradesh politics took a new plunge after the Telugu Desam Party successfully forged an alliance with BJP and joined the NDA. TDP, Janasena and BJP will jointly contest in the forthcoming Andhra Pradesh general election, like the way they did in 2014.

Reacting to this matter, Sharmila raised her concern about the alliance and posed three straight questions to Chandrababu Naidu.

Chandrababu must explain why he joined the NDA alliance. Did BJP give us Polavaram project? Did they give us Special Category Status? Or did we get any help for the construction of the capital? Sharmila questioned Naidu.

The AP Congress president questioned what changed since the 2014-19 alliance situation for the Telugu Desam Party to join forces with BJP again.

Sharmila, on the other hand, has forged an alliance of her own at the Congress party. Congress will be contesting along with the left parties CPI and CPM in the coming AP polls.
