While it was initially expected that CM Jagan would announce YSR Congress’s manifesto in the Siddham meeting in Mederametla today, that did not happen. Jagan kept his focus entirely on critiquing the newly announced alliance between TDP-JSP-BJP, and Chandrababu Naidu.
About the manifesto, Jagan said he will make an official announcement on this after a few days. “My manifesto is unlike the false ones printed by TDP, JSP, and BJP, I value my election manifesto above all else. I will announce the manifesto in the next few days. My manifesto will only contain the promises that can bee fulfilled.” “Jagan manifesto ante Thaggedhe Le”
Jagan returned to his “Chandramukhi” satires on Chandrababu Naidu. “My appeal to the public is not to awaken that Chandramukhi(Chandrababu) and bring him to your house. Pick me as your CM again if you want the ongoing Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) schemes to continue.”
With around a month to go for the election, Jagan is still holding back on the party manifesto, which is in contrast to 2019, where Navaratnalu promises were announced many months before the polls. Has the newly announced alliance prompted a change in Jagan’s manifesto, and hence the delay?
