CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s tenure as the second chief minister of AP will be coming to an end in a few weeks as Andhra Pradesh is heading for its third electoral polls in April. Jagan has confidently stated he will retain power and become the chief minister again. In tune with this, he has marked March 16th as the day he would start his election campaign.
According to the latest media reports, Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to Idupulapaya on March 16 and offer prayers at the YSR Ghat. Post that, he would be announcing YCP’s final list of MLA and MP candidates.
After wrapping up the Idupulapaya tour, Jagan will be reaching Icchapuram and kickstarting his election campaign leading into the 2024 general election. The Icchapuram meeting is to be followed by public meetings in Vijayawada West and Nellore Rural constituencies. This will mark the start of his intense poll campaign.
With so many important electoral plans lined up on March 16, this is going to be a big day for Jagan as he prepares his party cadres for the fast-approaching assembly and Lok Sabha election.
