The Enforcement Directorate alleged that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is a conspirator in the Delhi Liquor policy case and arrested him today.
Arvind Kejriwal skipped the ED’s summons nine times. The ED in a press note said BRS leader K Kavitha allegedly conspired with Kejriwal and AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh while framing the now-scrapped liquor policy case.
The alleged conspiracy is making a policy that would benefit a liquor lobby from Southern India and in return, the South Lobby would give R 100 crore to the AAP.
Raghav Magunta was the first accused in the South Lobby and now turned into a witness.
