After 7 Days, KCR Reacts On Kavitha’s Arrest

The arrest of BRS MLC K Kavitha was followed by the high-profile arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. Kavitha was arrested last week and KTR stationed himself in Delhi, interacting with senior lawyers to find a legal remedy to the arrest. But KCR took his own time to react on this matter and he has finally shared his verdict on the issue today.

KCR primarily spoke about Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest and called it a black day in Indian democratic history. ‘The recent arrests of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and BRS MLC Kavitha prove that the ruling BJP at the center is acting with the sole intention of destroying the opposition’.

KCR made a comment about Kavitha’s arrest as he said this incident is a part of the larger scheme of things where BJP is clearly targeting the opposition leaders all across India.

The BRS head called for an immediate withdrawal of cases and the freeing up of all those who were selectively targeted by the central investigative authorities.
