KCR Still Uses Same Foul Language on Naidu

Intense criticism of policy-making and administration is a part and parcel of politics. But there is a fine line that must not be crossed by any established politician when making personal comments against their counterparts. However, ex-CM of Telangana, KCR, paid no attention to this detail as he again used foul language against Chandrababu Naidu.

Speaking out of context yesterday, KCR targeted Chandrababu Naidu while addressing the media about the plight of the handloom weavers’ community. KCR called Naidu a ‘Moorkhudu’ and ‘Durmaargudu’ for not providing insurance to seven weavers who committed suicide during the TDP chief’s tenure as the CM of united Andhra Pradesh. KCR used a bygone incident to open foul verbal fire on Naidu.

While it is well within KCR’s right to speak against the policy-making of Naidu, crossing the line and using foul language against a veteran like Chandrababu, under whom KCR himself worked in the past, hasn’t gone well with neutrals.

Political observers are commenting that KCR’s anguish against Naidu might be stemming from the fact that TDP extensively supported Congress in the recent Telangana election, which eventually resulted in BRS losing power. But that doesn’t give KCR the right to abuse Naidu using foul terms. They are reminding the BRS ecosystem that Naidu always upheld his dignity and never used such language against KCR.

The same KCR is now unable to take the criticism by Congress leaders, where Revanth Reddy and other Congress leaders are extremely using foul language against KCR.”
