Jagan Injured: Naidu Comforts, Lokesh Confronts

Every Telugu group in Andhra Pradesh is scratching their heads on the unfortunate stone-pelting incident that physically hurt CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. Immediately after the incident, YSR Congress leaders started blaming the opposition party Chandrababu Naidu and claimed that the TDP boss is behind this anti-social attack.

With YCP carrying a readymade and single-point agenda against Chandrababu, it is expected that TDP must navigate these tough waters in a clever manner. But it turns out the party’s top leadership is in dual mind when it comes to dealing with this matter. While Chandrababu Naidu tried to address the issue in a comfortable manner by condemning the attack, Lokesh confronted it head-on and called it a political drama.

Chandrababu, being the senior statesman condemned the attack on CM and called for an unbiased investigation immediately. But young-blood Lokesh looked unfazed by this and he cited the earlier Kodi Katthi incident as a precedent for YCP’s sympathy politics. Bu this uncoordinated rebuke from TDP on a sensitive matter isn’t looking good as the party is expected to take a unified stand.
