But thanks to the efforts of Jagan Mohan Reddy and his lobbying at the BJP top brass, the Narsapuram MP ticket went to Srinivas Varma.
Nevertheless, the Narsapuram parliamentary elections are very prestigious for the TDP+ alliance as winning this seat would be a testimony of the relentless efforts of RRR.
But the political picture in Narsapuram took an interesting turn yesterday when BJP MP candidate, Srinivas Varma, and YCP candidate Umabala shared a warm hug. The two candidates came face to face while campaigning in Palakollu and they embraced each other in a friendly manner. This picture is trending on social media. Local TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu also shook hands with Umabala as an upholding of sportive spirit.
