Telugu Desam chief Chandrababu Naidu sat down for an interview with ABN and the same was streamed last night. There was one shocking revelation by Naidu that has caught everyone’s attention.
Chandrababu said there was an attempt to eliminate him in the jail when he was arrested later last year.
“As a CM, I check every file that comes my way so there’s no place for mistake. But this CM Jagan wanted to satisfy his ego so he distorted facts to get me arrested. When I went into jail, there was no bed, no commode and not even a chair in my room.”
“I was the only man in the barrack. Every hassle I faced there was orchestrated through higher officials. Jagan took sadistic pleasure from it. There was an attempt to eliminate me(kill). There was a talk that they might poison me. I stood with determination and grit. When I said I needed an eye operation, they said it could be done sometime later. I couldn’t believe their sadism.”
Naidu noted that his experience in jail made him realise the psychotic nature of Jagan and added that he decided then and there that this misrule must be ended.
About the electoral trends, Naidu said TDP will come to power 1000% without doubt.
