Blue Corner Notice Against Ex-PM’s Grand Son

In what can bring disrepute to the entire country, the Interpol issued a blue corner notice against the grandson of a former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda. A special court for MPs and MLAs also issued an arrest warrant against JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna in connection with the sexual assault case.

On Saturday, the court issued the warrant against 36-year-old Prajwal in connection with the sexual assault case. Blue corner notice is generally issued against criminals who commit heinous crimes asking other countries to inform them if they have any information about the criminal. A red corner notice is issued asking other countries to take the criminal into custody and then inform them.

Prajwal is accused of harassing nearly 3,000 women employees and women sexually and even taking videos of the same. The JD(S) suspended Prajwal after the sex scandal came to light.

His father and Holenarasipura MLA H D Revanna is also an accused in the same case. He is accused of hiding the truth about his son and also kidnapping the maid of the house to prevent truth from coming into the public.
Revanna, son of former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda, is out on bail. He spent seven days in jail after four-day police custody for allegedly kidnapping the maid of their house.

There are three cases of sexual assault registered by three women against Prajwal.

Surprisingly, Prajwal was also chosen as the NDA’s Hassan Lok Sabha candidate.

Prajwal ran into trouble after a large number of explicit videos showing women being sexually assaulted allegedly by him became public.

Subsequently, the Karnataka government constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) following the recommendations the State Women’s Commission chairperson Nagalakshmi Chowdhary to probe Prajwal’s atrocities against women.
