Former IPS Officer Krishna Prasad turns out to be a lucky man in the 2024 elections currently. He was supposed to take an active participation in politics from Telangana state but he shifted to Andhra Pradesh and contested from a different party and tasted the victory.
T Krishna Prasad planned to contest as MP from Warangal and when he is almost getting a ticket confirmed from BJP, some sudden plans have been made. As a result, he shifted to AP where he contested for Parliament from TDP in Bapatla constituency. Today, he tasted the victory.
T. Krishna Prasad from TDP is currently in the lead with 378872 votes against Nandigam Suresh Babu from YSRCP who is in the second place, having secured 280549 votes.
The final Lok Sabha election result of Bapatla constituency in Andhra Pradesh is yet to come but most likely, it is Krishna Prasad who is going to emerge as the winner in the election.
Krishna Prasad, a 1986 batch IPS officer, served as the Superintendent of Police of Guntur, and later as Commissioner of Police of Vijayawada and also Visakhapatnam.
