The incumbent YSR Congress government was outrightly rejected by the people of Andhra Pradesh as the party faced a harrowing defeat in this year’s parliament and assembly elections.
Following the gutting defeat, Jagan Mohan Reddy interacted with the media and he passed on a key message to his cadres.
On one side, Jagan was seen getting very emotional while delivering his message to the public and on the other hand, he tried to energize the YCP cadres by promising them a comeback.
“I respect the mandate, though I am shocked by it. I thank everyone who has been with me in this journey. Malli Tirigi Lestham, Poratam maaku kotha kadu (Revolting is not new to us)” Jagan said while addressing his cadres.
