KCR Must Change his Surveyor Immediately?

2-time chief minister KCR is confined to opposition leader status in Telangana after BRS lost the 2023 assembly elections to Congress. After looking at the recent trends, one of the many changes that political observers are suggesting to KCR is to change his surveyor and intelligence team at the earliest.

Earlier, prior to the Telangana assembly elections, KCR confidently said BRS would again win 100+ MLA seats in the state. But in reality, BRS won just 39 MLA seats. There was a massive 60% deviation in KCR’s assessment of the ground-level pulse and this is unacceptable.

If that is not sufficient enough, KCR and KTR, on different occasions in the recent past said they were informed Jagan is winning the election in AP. They confidently made these statements in front of the media.

Even though KCR and KTR didn’t reveal the number of seats Jagan would be winning, even if we assume their assessment was Jagan would cross the magic figure of 90 seats, their assessment was historically wrong.

While YCP was in a position of winning 11 MLA seats and not even getting opposition party status, KCR thinking Jagan would come to power again is not comprehendable. One can only wonder how he was so grossly misinformed by his team.

After looking at this, people are saying KCR must immediately fire the guy who gave him the ground-level electoral report.
