Former CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s wife YS Bharati Reddy is in the news for the wrong reasons. It is reported that Bharati had misused the power to the core.
Apparently, Bharati had recommended some of her maids and house workers for some government jobs. Reportedly, about 60 people got jobs in the last 3 months with Bharati Reddy’s recommendation.
Several people allegedly procured jobs in the Fire Department as home guards and other posts without any other requirements or passing any tests. Based on Bharati Reddy’s recommendation, people were recruited for some other government jobs.
The local media reports alleged that Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and former Advisor to CM Jagan, Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy, were also involved in recommending some jobs misusing their power.
With Jagan-led YSRCP suffering huge defeat, there is a lot of scrutiny over the decisions made during the previous government. As there is a scanner over such actions, several other acts are expected to come out.
